2. Article 10 - Intellectual Property:

2. Article Eleven - Responsibility (the Million Trees):

2. (Million Trees) does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, or accidentally, or by the user or by a third party such as shipping companies.
3. The (Million Trees), its affiliates, owners, and those who represent them are obligated to ensure that the (product or service) is sound, legitimate and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.
Article 12 - Confidentiality of Information:

Article Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership:

Article Fourteen - Replacement Policy:
1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and the statutory guarantee, the consumer has the right to replace the product presented to him from (the million trees) within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.

3. The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

- If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other form of literature.
- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's poor possession.
- If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or feeding services.

Article 15 - Return Policy:
1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and the statutory guarantee, the consumer has the right to rescind the contract and retrieve the product presented to him from (the million trees) within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the seven days have passed.
2. The customer has the right to return the product offered to him from (the million trees) if the unexpected product is found or as described in the store.
3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to the specifications he specified, except for products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
- If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other form of literature.
- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's poor possession.
- If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or feeding services.

Article 16 - Law or order applicable:

Article 17 - General Provisions:

4. The parties to this agreement are obligated to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the transaction between (Million Trees) and the user.
5. This usage agreement shall not be canceled except by virtue of a decision issued by the Million Tree Administration.
