12 liters for the home, opened one bottle at a time.
The oil starts to be affected by air as soon as the container is opened. That's why we divided the 12 liters into 3 tanks, each containing 4 liters: one is opened for the kitchen, and the other two remain closed away from air and light until it's their turn.
From the same Al Bustan oil that won the gold medal at the Dubai International Competition 2024 in the Ultra Premium category.

Your questions
Before you order
What does "excellent virgin" mean?
The highest grade of olive oil: It is mechanically extracted without high heat or chemicals, its acidity does not exceed 0.8% according to the international standard, and it passes an official taste test.
Is it really organic?
Yes, it is accredited by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and you can verify the certificate from the ministry's link on the "Organic Certificate" page at the bottom of the store.
Can I fry in it?
Yes, virgin olive oil can withstand normal frying temperatures at home.
Why did the oil get cloudy?
It becomes cloudy or slightly frozen in the cold, and this is normal. It clears up again when it warms up.
